Description:

A small yet vigorous and carefree, sun loving perennial that forms a dense mat of pudgy succulent, blue-green cylindrical stems resembling tiny pickles. Foliage is occasionally purple-tinged. Small yellow daisy-like flowers emerge from pearl-sized deep pink buds. A nice feature in rock gardens or containers, or use as ground cover. Drought tolerant when established. Plant in full sun, in a well-drained site and water sparingly. It does not like wet feet in the winter so it is best grown in a raised bed, along a rock wall or container if soil drainage is not great.
