Pumpkins Galore in the Fairy Garden

What a beautiful fall afternoon! A gentle breeze is blowing. The sky is blue and the sun is shining. Outside, the fairies are wearing cozy sweaters and clutching cups of pumpkin coffee as they fly between red and orange leaves. Wait a second—fairies? Correct! Today we are visiting the fairy garden and taking a stroll to see all the latest “gourd-geous” autumn trends. Aside from fall-flavored lattes and lots of layers, there are plenty of delights in the miniature garden. Join us!

As the leaves crunch under our delicate fairy boots, we make our way towards the Fairy Garden Pumpkin Patch, a lively place for fairies, ghosts, and other miniature garden residents to play. Look closely beneath the miniature trees and past the white wood picket fence that winds its way around the patch. You just might see a Crow Standing on a Pumpkin, taking a rest after being scared off by the scarecrow for the third time today. He is trying to get some corn from the vegetable patch, but for now he will just have to balance atop that pumpkin. You do not need to worry much about the crows, as the ghosts are always doing pumpkin acrobatics. They will show the birds how to have fun and look spooky at the same time! If you visit at dusk, I bet you will spy a few more ghostly friends running around with pumpkins. They sure do have a “ghoulishly” good time.

Do you see that smiling face? It must be a jack o’ lantern! These carved pumpkins look so cheery as they grin from behind miniature trees, rock gardens, and tall grasses. Of course, you do not need to worry about a jack o’ lantern getting eaten up by squirrels. Some artificial versions look realistic and seasonal. From pumpkins stacked in wagons to pumpkins jumbled inside wooden crates, this miniature garden has it all. One fairy is even sweeping out the patch with a twig broom.
