Miniature Gardening plants are shipped from mid March through end of November to the entire United States, but not out of the country for the time being. Our other shop items are shipped 12 months a year internationally.
There will be 5.5% sales tax added only to those orders shipping to Wisconsin (WI) in the US. For international orders you are responsible for any country-specific import duties or taxes that may apply.
Standard orders will be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Plants are shipped expedited to be in transit for max. 3 business days to avoid loss of quality. During the cold spring and autumn periods plants will be shipped via USPS, because their trucks are kept in heated buildings during the night which your plants truly appreciate!
Normally you can expect your order to be processed in one or at most two business days. An estimate for the time in transit is provided when selecting the shipping method.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an invoice receipt by e-mail. When your order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail with a link to tracking information. If in spite of our inventory management we run out of stock for one of your items, we will refund you for it.
Your shipping rates are determined according to the type of service (Standard, Expedited, Two-Day or One-Day) and weight of the parcel. We do not charge for packaging or handling. On the shopping cart page an estimate can be requested upon providing destination country and zip code. There is free standard shipping within the US for orders of at least $100.00. And we offer a 50% discount on standard international shipping for orders of at least $100.00.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit cards, by PayPal or by personal check/money order. In case of personal check your shipment will be delayed until your check clears.
Customer Loyalty Discount
We offer a Customer Loyalty Discount which will automatically be applied to your current order if you spent a certain amount during the preceding year:

At Miniature Gardening your complete satisfaction is our first and foremost aim. If for any reason at any time you are unhappy with your order or your shopping experience with us, simply contact us and we will either refund you or replace the item in question as soon as we possibly can. This is our guarantee to you.
If you want to return an item, please let us know by phone or e-mail before you send it so we can be sure you will be credited correctly.
Also be sure to include a copy of the invoice with your shipment.
If your order was damaged during delivery, or was otherwise incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If you are returning a product because it was an item that you did not order, we will pay the return-shipping cost up to the price of the original shipping method. Otherwise you are responsible for return shipping charges and can use any reliable shipping method - preferably one that can be tracked. Please insure the shipment, we cannot refund an item that got broken during transit. When we receive the item we will issue you a refund according to your original payment method, or send a replacement if you have requested it. Original shipping costs will only be refunded for an item that you did not order.
